Focus: Financial, Efficiency & Margins

Throughout the session, attendees will be split into small groups, allowing you to take part in intimate, focused sessions with each professional. These smaller discussions create the space for honest conversations, real questions and tailored guidance specific to your franchise rather than generic advice.

You will rotate through sessions with Ashtons, Smappen, NatWest and SOOM®, each covering challenges many franchise brands are currently facing, including implementing AI and automation, presenting financials confidently to prospective franchisees, sourcing finance and lending solutions, structuring and prioritising territories effectively and strengthening franchise expansion marketing.

The aim is simple: practical support you can actually use when you return to the office.

Each session also comes with a tangible takeaway with an estimated value of around £2500 per participant:

  • Smappen will provide a free 1-month subscription to help you map and optimise territories.
  • Ashtons will share a clear, step by step process for discussing finances with potential franchisees, alongside an Excel model tailored to your opportunity.
  • SOOM® will provide a blueprint to automate parts of your business.

There will also be plenty of time to connect with other franchise brands in a relaxed environment, with food and drink provided.
